Skills4Sports in Spain presents survey results on NEETs´ employment in the sport sector

INDESCAT – Catalan Association Cluster of Sports Industry, Spanish partner of Skills4Sports, will be presenting the results of the study "Increasing the Employability of NEETs by tackling the skills gap for the Sports sector in Catalonia", which was carried out by the University of Blanquerna in the framework of the European project Skills4Sports. The study analyses and maps the different skills on which NEETs (people not in employment, education or training) should be trained to increase their employability ratio and will be used to produce an educational proposal that will allow young NEETs to increase their labor market integration. 

This event will be held at the Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sports Sciences, Blanquerna University. The Infoday will include a masterclass about "The importance of digital skills in talent: challenges and opportunities" by Jordi Arrufí, director of the Digital Talent program at Mobile World Capital and attendees will also have an opportunity to network with industry stakeholders.
