The SEACAP 4 SDG project is selecting an external provider to support Spanish Municipalities in the planning assessment of energy management measures
The Catalonia Institute for Energy Research (IREC), one of the Spanish partners of the SEACAP 4 SDG project, invites interested parties to submit a proposal-bid in accordance with the conditions and specifications described in the document below:
The deadline for submission of bids is 6th July, 2022
SEACAP 4 SDG will provide support to Municipalities and Local Authorities within the field of sustainable energy by proving a Toolkit of selected outcomes, the support of an external entity and specific training sessions to analyse the actions needed to boost the execution of long-term energy plans by analysing the implementation of measures to improve the energy performance of buildings and achieve energy savings.
