The RESET project is a cross-border collaboration that promotes a green and circular economy in the Mediterranean region. The project, in its second year, has achieved its goal of extracting the best practice on how to push forward the green economy model in the Mediterranean region by receiving knowledge from relevant stakeholders and service providers of green businesses. Through interviews, analysis, and other capitalisation activities that analyse and gather the data collected, RESET has been able to synthesize the information needed to support the value chain of the green economy and create a greener and more resilient economy for the region.

The project is currently in the process of producing policy briefs and capacity-building programmes to raise awareness about the importance of the green economy, and support the value chain of the green economy in the region. These activities will help to create a more sustainable and resilient economy while providing more opportunities for economic growth.

The project's partners, which include national and international organizations, research centres, and private sector representatives, have been essential sources of knowledge throughout RESET. Through these partners, the project has been able to gain an in-depth understanding of the sector and its practices, and ultimately, to identify the best practices and strategies necessary to push forward the green economy model. The RESET project is a unique and inspiring example of how bringing together stakeholders from across the Mediterranean region can maximise efforts and reach optimum results.
