BIOFACH is the world's largest trade fair for organic food and agriculture. It is held each year in the month of February, in Nuremberg, Germany. It brings together 2774 exhibitors and approximately 46700 trade visitors from around 130 countries. 

The exhibition covers the fields of organic food, organic drinks, and ecological non-food products. On four exhibition days, exhibitors and visitors will be able to discuss the latest developments within the organic industry.

Thanks to the ORGANIC ECOSYSTEM project 11 companies from Jordan, Lebanon, Italy, and Greece had the chance to attend BIOFACH for the first time in its 2023 edition. 
These SMEs showed to the European market and beyond the amazing products we have in the Mediterranean diet.
