The increasing number of people with disabilities in the MPCs, alongside the complexity and long-term rehabilitation program needed for them, necessitates establishing a new system to satisfy their rehabilitation needs. Besides, the current international crisis caused by the COVID19 leading to temporarily cease rehabilitation services as a prophylactic strategy, the proposed telehealth set of platforms provide a mean of patient management from remote, a networking point among partners and stakeholders as well as a database set for beneficiaries. As a result of research, technologies-based solutions will be developed for PWD.
