MENAWARA presents 'Water reuse in Agriculture: A vision from Andalusia. Shared experiences, challenges and recommendations from the sector'

In the Mediterranean area, characterized by long and recurring periods of drought that have been aggravated in recent years as a consequence of climate change, the reuse of water in agriculture has become an essential issue.

From Andalusia, we want to make a joint reflection on the situation of the reuse of water in irrigated agriculture, its legal and regulatory conditions, the experiences that are being developed and the future challenges that the sector faces.

For this reason, the Agency for the Environment and Water of Andalusia (AMAYA) as a partner of the MENAWARA project, within the ENI CBC MED Program, organized the event titled: "Reuse of water in Agriculture: A vision from Andalusia. Shared experiences, challenges and recommendations from the sector".

This is an event open to all interested persons, especially in the Mediterranean area, and will be held on June 29th at the Global Omnium Auditorium in the city of Seville. Assistance can be done in person or via online (streaming) at this LINK.
