MedArtSal project is looking for a consultancy service as expert for salinas’ and stakeholders’ engagement in Lebanon

The project partner ADR – Association for the Development of Rural Capacities is seeking to hire an “Expert for salinas and stakeholders engagement” for short-term contract in the framework of the project MedArtSal - Sustainable Management Model for Mediterranean Artisanal Salinas, funded by ENI CBC MED Programme.

Through a consultative and participatory process, the expert will work closely with the project manager and project coordinator to perform the following activities:

  • Promote public-private cooperation in and among sectors related to artisanal salt production and the establishment of 1 SME cluster in Lebanon around local artisanal salinas systems promoting public-private cooperation;
  • Support the project partners in the establishment of 1 SME cluster per country around local artisanal saline systems promoting public-private cooperation;
  • Develop a “Memorandum of Understanding” (MoU) to be signed by the Network members in order to ensure a future and sustainable cooperation between the different salinas and salt production stakeholders at the Mediterranean level;
  • Develop the operational framework of the Network of Mediterranean salinas to be to be part of the MoU.
