MED-QUAD in Sousse organizes a seminar to train business executives and universities

The University of Sousse, partner of the MED-QUAD project is organizing a training seminar for executives of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and universities in Sousse, Tunisia. The training seminar will take place on the 19thof May 2023.

In an era marked by the rapid digitization of information and services, companies are compelled to rethink their operations and enhance customer satisfaction by embracing new technological advancements, responding to shifting labor market dynamics, and upholding social responsibility. Furthermore, the cultivation of fresh ideas and the establishment of innovative enterprises are critical drivers for achieving a successful trajectory. Concurrently, universities are tasked with enhancing their role as catalysts for innovation, collaborating with businesses to equip graduates of higher education with cross-sectoral knowledge and practical skills to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape and contribute to the development of novel processes and products.

The training seminar endeavors to cultivate specialized personnel and empower entrepreneurs/researchers to seize the new market and employment opportunities arising from digitization in the areas identified by MED-QUAD. As the digital revolution continues its rapid evolution, businesses must acquire the requisite learning skills and capabilities to excel in the digital universe of tomorrow. Established small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to adopt innovative organizational methodologies and adapt their external relations, both of which will be extensively addressed during the seminar.
