TRANSDAIRY project to discuss innovation in the dairy value chain in Italy

The TRANSDAIRY Italian consortium (Università degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, Kontor 46 and ISA-CNR) organizes the second focus group session entitled "Innovation in the dairy value chain (DVC)" next Thursday 6th May at 14:00 (CET time) via zoom (AGENDA).

DVC stakeholders and partners of the project will participate at this focus group session.

The topics to be discussed:

• Entrepreneurial skills and technological training for new professions in the dairy value chain

• Transfer of Technological Innovation: applications and opportunities

• Good practices of sustainability in the dairy value chain

Results arising from this discussion will be valuable information to identify stakeholders who will participate in the living labs and in the brokerage events and their relative concerns and interests.
