INVITATION: Join us at the 2nd iHERITAGE Holographic Exhibition in Palermo, Italy!

Join us for an extraordinary journey into the rich heritage of the Mediterranean Basin at the 2nd iHERITAGE Holographic Exhibition by Italian project partners, the University of Palermo (UNIPA), where we will unveil the wonders of the "Palermo Norman Treasure" and other priceless masterpieces from UNESCO World Heritage sites.

The University of Palermo's dedicated research team has created 3D models of historic buildings, lush gardens, exquisite goldsmithing creations, and precious caskets. We have also developed a Virtual Room that provides inclusive access to individuals with disabilities, allowing them to explore parts of heritage complexes that are not easily accessible in reality.

At this exhibition, you'll experience a range of Holographic Projections, 360° Views of Palermo, Virtual Architectural and Landscape Reconstructions where you will witness the meticulous recreation of buildings and their surroundings, showcasing the architectural evolution of these magnificent sites.

Additionally, we are proud to announce that the exhibition is enriched by the contributions of our esteemed iHERITAGE partners:

  • Fundación Pública Andaluza "El Legado Andalusí": Offering insights into their iHERITAGE project activities related to UNESCO sites such as "Alhambra, Generalife, and Albayzín, Granada."
  • Jordan Society for Scientific Research, Entrepreneurship, and Creativity: Sharing their contributions to the iHERITAGE project, particularly in relation to the iconic site of "Petra."
  • Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture of Beirut & Mount Lebanon: Showcasing their work connected to UNESCO sites, including "Byblos."
