INVITATION: Join the Jordanian Open Day Event introducing EMPHASIS in Amman

The Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), partner of the EU-funded ENI CBC MED, EMPHASIS Project - “Euro-Mediterranean Network Facilitating Market Uptake of Innovations from SMEs”, cordially invites you to the first in-person Jordanian Open Day Event on March 24, 2022, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, at Geneva Hotel in Amman.  

The EMPHASIS Open Day is an essential project-specific event that will include a series of presentations on project themes from various sectors and project end beneficiaries. This event will be attended by representatives of target groups as well as a variety of stakeholders from various related sectors, including tourism and ICT, green energy, waste management, and so on. The presentations held during the event will cover a wide range of project tasks and goals, whereas invitations have been extended to members of the larger community who are interested in the project's activities.

The EMPHASIS project will serve various SME communities in Italy, Greece, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Spain over the course of its 24-month implementation period, with a focus on those working in Open Innovation Projects in tourism and ICT, green energy, agriculture, waste management, as well as other correlated sectors. One of the most important aspects of the event is raising awareness of the EMPHASIS project activities and informing the intended end beneficiaries of its various tasks and expected achievements. Invitations were carefully extended to individuals and institutions involved in similar activities to the EMPHASIS philosophy and culture. This event aims to strengthen the relationship between various stakeholders and the project, as well as to build a strong network for exchanging ideas that will foster and enrich the project's outcomes and goals.
