The world is changing and HELIOS project believes in the new opportunities offered by this change, that is a means to create social inclusion of NEETs (Not engaged in Education, Employment or Training) and unemployment women, in the Mediterranean basin.

The climate change, the environment pollution, the tons of waste produced every day are revolutionizing the world economy and are orienting it towards sustainable and green models capable to ensure a permanent development. However, this green economic transaction requires new skills to reorient traditional business models and entire sectors through a modern and sustainable approach respectful of the environment.

For this reason, HELIOS is organizing training courses tailored for young people and unemployed women, oriented towards specific needs of the Blue and Circular Economy labour market in the Mediterranean context.
