HELIOS organises a Career Day in Gaza

HELIOS Career day will start at University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS) main campus in Gaza on the 16th of October, 2022.

At this event, UCAS will invite the labor market companies from the Blue and Circular economy sectors and the graduates of HELIOS training together as a practice of job hunting.

Opening the event will be the programme coordinator Alessandro Pernice of ARCES.

On the first day of this open event, the participants will introduce themselves to the companies and use the knowledge, skills, and practices gained through training to secure a position in one of those companies. HELIOS staff from UCAS will support the youth and women by scheduling the interviews and providing the necessary help for them.

On the second day (Mural Day), HELIOS graduates and UCAS staff will work together on a mural painting of Blue and Circular Economy. It will be taking place at one of the vital public areas in Gaza for the purpose of disseminating the message of the HELIOS project. 

The Career Day is an open event, so all interested youth and women are welcome to take part in this event at UCAS Main Campus, Awn Elshawwa st.,Conference room A900.
