Fruitflynet-ii in Italy participates in the workshop “Integrated Crop Protection: Innovation and Digitalisation”

The Fruitflynet-ii project participates in the workshop entitled “Integrated Crop Protection: Innovation and Digitalisation” organized by the Regional Agency for the Development and Innovation of Agriculture in Lazio (ARSIAL). The event aims to promote the combined use of new technologies and low environmental impact practices through the illustration of research experiences conducted in Latium region (Italy). The workshop will be held in the Municipality of Colonna (Rome) on 20th of January 2023.

Dr Patrizia Ferrante (Research Centre for Olive, Citrus and Tree Fruit - CREA), who is working in FruitFlyNet-ii as subcontractor for Università degli Studi del Molise (UNIMOL), project partner, will illustrate the progress made on the development of the electronic trap prototype developed within the project. The workshop will be attended by farmers, technicians and operators in the agricultural sector.
