Preparation is the basis for successfully meeting the challenges of the future, and for overcoming the difficulties of the present and those to come.  The European YEP MED project, funded by the European Union, has worked on ensuring that the Mediterranean youth has the necessary skills to fill the needs of companies and organisations.
