CIC – Italian Composting and Biogas association, partner of SIRCLES in Puglia-Italy launched on local media the promotion campaign in order to get participants for the first training course for youth not in education, employment or training (NEETs) which will take place online in mid-November.

This part of the course will cover general topics on circular economy, waste management and green jobs, with the contribution of expert and showcase of best practices.

It aims at recruiting up to 200 people; from this group, after a selection based on project criteria of social inclusion and an evaluation of the first course, just 8 will be contracted for the long-term practical training. They will get a salary and a set of activities defined in order to improve the quality of bio-waste collected and to perform sensitization activities in the area of the 4 municipalities involved (Noci, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Putignano).
