Our Palestinian partner Leaders International has published 3 calls for applications for the provision of training and coaching services under GIMED. 

Under GIMED, Leaders International will provide a free business support training to Palestinian green entrepreneurs and ventures, including services such as coaching and support for access to finance.

This tender aims at selecting candidates/ organizations that will support Leaders International in the preparation and provision of training and coaching services, bringing its own technical experience relating to the issues addressed and providing support to align the various training tools and methodologies used.

The 3 calls for application are, namely:

- Expert Coach One – to – One Coaching (click to see the ToR) 

Complementary support and group coaching sessions with the ideation-stage entrepreneurs play an integral role in ensuring that entrepreneurs receive all the support and assistance needed to successfully validate their ideas. Coaching is a key tool in the capacity-building element of the GIMED Project, ensuring that the individual needs of each participant are met.

Deadline to apply: 31/01/2021 

- Certified Trainer workshop facilitator (click to see the ToR) 

Workshop Facilitators are responsible for giving GIMED participants the necessary training to establish and manage their green businesses. The intensive training program provided through the workshops is meant to allow GIMED participants the necessary skills-base and comprehensive knowledge to be able to operate a green business whilst understanding local market needs.

- Expert Coach Group Coaching (click to see the ToR) 

Complementary support and group coaching sessions with the ideation-stage entrepreneurs play an integral role in ensuring that entrepreneurs receive all the support and assistance needed to successfully validate their ideas. Coaches must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in providing complimentary support services to new business, alongside a solid background in green entrepreneurship.
