The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Centre (CCIC) as a partner of the NEX-LABS and PHEMAC projects is launching a tender for the organization of the joint PHEMAC - NEX-LABS Innovation Week which will be held 17th -20th January 2022. Submission deadline: 15th October 2021

This tender is composed of three packages:

Package 1: Rental of a virtual platform for the organization of PHEMAC - NEX-LABS Virtual Innovation Week

Package 2: Consultant services to support CCIC for the organization of PHEMAC - NEX-LABS Virtual Innovation Week 

Package 3: Communication about the Innovation week

The tender must comply with the needs and conditions mentioned in the terms of reference downloadable from the website of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Center at the following address:

The administrative and technical file as well as the financial offer must be recorded in an anonymous envelope, closed and sealed. It must mention the following specification:

 "Do not open consultation N ° 04/2021 Consultation for the organization of the Innovation Week within the framework of the" NEX-LABS "&" PHEMAC" Projects Lot N ° ……. :

Offers must be sent at the name of the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Center by Rapide-poste to the following address: "Rue Chadly Khaznadar - 4000 Sousse-Tunisia" or delivered directly against acknowledgment of receipt to the office order of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Center.

It should be noted that a tender can participate in one or more lots.

Only envelopes received no later than October 15, 2021 will be declared admissible (the stamp of the order office or the authentic post).

The tenders will remain committed by their offers for a period of sixty (60) days as from the day which follows the deadline fixed for the reception of the offers. Any offer received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.

Tenders wishing to participate in several lots must send their tenders separately.
