Expertise offered
A.3 Promotion of social inclusion and the fight against poverty
A.3.1 Professionalization of young people (NEETS) and women
FDIP is a non-profit organisation that, since 1991, has been taking care of the needs of vulnerable people and people in social difficulties.

The foundation carries out different socio-labour insertion programmes aimed at groups at risk of social exclusion, especially young people struggling to find employment or achieve social integration.
Within this field, we manage programmes and services aimed to promote employability, while attending to personal, family and social needs. Our services and programmes include guidance, personal skills development, occupational and professional training, pre-professional training, employment support and training internships with various companies.

FDIP is authorised to carry out Professional Certificate courses officially approved by the Spanish National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications. These certificates, organised according to industry and level, officially recognise at national level the professional skills of the recipient and enable them to carry out a professional activity within an industry.

FDIP has established the Nodus Network, a space for meeting and collaboration between citizens, companies and public and private institutions with a social commitment to the comprehensive development of socially vulnerable people, especially young people who need support, advice and employment.
We are interested in joining projects where we can share our expertise. We have a great deal of experience participating in EU-funded projects, both as a coordinator and partner.
