Job Requirements 

- Master's or PhD in the field of project management or any related field
- Computer programs related to work requirements,
- Documented experience in evaluating projects funded by the European Union, especially from the ENI-CBCMED Programme
- English reading, writing and speaking 

Job Duties: 

•    Analysis of Programme performance indicators;
•    Analysis of the internal project reports (to check the progress, take remedial action, update action plans, allow ongoing data collection and preparation of progress reports);
•    Monitoring missions (usually annual missions to review the projects and the Programme performance for further improvements);
•    Mid Term Evaluation of the Programme;
•    Final evaluation of the Programme.
