STAND Up! has open a new opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Consultant in Lebanon. Berytech, the Lebanese partner from the project, aims at hiring a professional expert/agency to support ‘Swae’, a start-up that took part of the incubation phase of STAND Up! in developing a HR process. This initiative has been selected for a 10-days-long training, with other 10 textile and fashion start-ups, that will focus on building its financial projections.

‘Swae’ empowers working women by giving them the style they crave with comfort they never witnessed before, while running around in heels all day. Swae provides them with all while staying affordable and giving the luxury feeling. When women are done wearing their ‘Swae’ shoes, they take it back and upcycle them when possible and provide the customer with a discount on her next purchase.

The HR Consultant will focus on the following scope of work:

• Building a team
• Setting HR objectives
• Developing a recruitment plan
• Setting the roles and responsibilities of each team member
• Setting compensation and remuneration plan
• Job description structure details
