INTECMED in Tunisia organizes the inauguration ceremony of the “Mediterranean Innovation Points (RIFP)"
This place will be an incubation space to host entrepreneurs and other innovators.
A place to develop their ideas and business ideas and meet other partners and potential investors.
The 24th of May, 2022 from 15.00h to 17.30h there will be the inauguration of the Mediterranean Innovation Points (Regional Innovation Facility Point) in Tunisia.
This space will be located in the Technopark of Borj Cedria following a collaboration agreement with the National Agency for the Promotion of Scientific Research (ANPR) as part of the INTECMED project: Incubators for innovation and technology transfer in the Mediterranean, a project funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC MED programme.
This place aims to develop an integrated innovation ecosystem at the local level (Nabeul region) to support technology transfer and commercialisation of research results into the socio-economic environment.
The ANPR and the Cap Bon Chamber of Commerce and Industry are responsible for implementing the project in Tunisia.
83 applications were submitted in the Hand Crafts and Agriculture sector, following the call for projects launched in January 2022.
12 projects will be selected as soon as possible to follow:
- A mentoring program;
- Study visits;
- B2B meetings; and
- National and international exhibitions for Innovation Transfer.
