NAWAMED “school camps”: in Sicily the first appointment with technicians to discover the green wall for the treatment and reuse of grey water

Next Tuesday, 10th of May, the Euro-Mediterranean Center for the Sustainable Development – SVI.MED., with the support of the associated partner, Ferla Municipality (Syracuse), and the network of technical professionals of Syracuse organised the first appointment with technicians to visit the green wall installation for treating and reusing the greywater of the school.

This “school camp” will be a construction site experience in order to share the know-how related to the design and installation phases directly on site, thus providing the first ideas to how it’s possible to extend this good practice at provincial and regional level, in the presence of the designer, the director of works and the company in charge of the installation.

The technical visits will take place at the Valle dell'Anapo Institute, in via E. Pessina, Ferla, where the green wall is installed, on Tuesday 10 May 2022 from 15:00 to 16:00. Depending on the number and origin of the members, the possible shuttle service from Syracuse, Ragusa or Catania will be organised.

To participate in the visits is necessary to register by filling in the appropriate form here no later than May 5.
