The TEX-MED ALLIANCES project is organizing a symposium to disseminate the advantages and services of the Digital Healthcare Textile cluster in the Mediterranean. 

The symposium will be held on 31 May at the Technopark in Monastir, Tunisia, organized by our partner MFCPole. It will have a hybrid format: on-site and online. 

The main objective of the symposium is to bring together healthcare textile experts and key stakeholders from Mediterranean countries and connect companies to foster collaboration and establish synergies that serve to strengthen competitiveness at local and international levels. It is an interesting opportunity, especially for SMEs, to learn and discover products and services.

Healthcare textiles have become a growth opportunity for many companies in the textile sector as a result of the healthcare crisis caused by COVID-19. In fact, this is the reason why we have created the Digital Healthcare Textile cluster in the Mediterranean. A digital meeting point for the entire ecosystem: companies, technology centers, suppliers, experts in regulation and law, etc. in order to solve all the needs that arise in the process of production and sale of healthcare textiles.

The symposium on 31 May in Tunis will also allow for the exchange of ideas and visions on the future development of the healthcare textile sector.

The day, which will start at 9 a.m. and end at 5.30 p.m., will be organized with a morning session dedicated to lectures by industry experts. The afternoon session will be devoted to on-site and remote B2B meetings between participants.
