The MoreThanAJob consortium is preparing to launch the online portal that has been developed to promote cooperation among Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors and public administrations for the development and delivery of services supporting the social and employment inclusion of vulnerable groups.

On the 10th of November, CESIE, our Italian partner in charge of the portal development, held an online training session on how to present the portal to local stakeholders and guide them in the registration process and effective use of the portal. The event was attended by representatives of all the partner organizations.

The partners have been guided step-by-step throughout the portal from the registration process to the upload of content in the different sections, including practical examples of the kind of content that will be required. CESIE provided guidance and tips on how to present the content and on how to provide the same training to local stakeholders in order to guide them in the use of the portal in the initial phase.

The MoreThanAJob portal allows SSE actors and public administrations to upload information on services and opportunities they are offering to address the needs of the most vulnerable groups. The aim is to create a database as complete as possible of existing services and opportunities in the project’s territories (Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Italy, Greece). Through it, citizens will be able to easily access information on and have a better understanding of these services and opportunities and on how to access them.

Moreover, the SSE actors and public administrations registered on the portal have the opportunity to create collaboration opportunities for the development of new and innovative social services and opportunities by sharing means, resources, and expertise among them.
