In the digital-age learning culture, CLUSTER produced an e-learning platform allowing young people (between 18-30 years of age) and women (without age limitation) who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEETs) to develop their marketable skills in the blue, circular, green economy, and sustainable agriculture, and to strengthen their professional skills.

This new platform uses a self-paced learning approach and offers 4 technical courses (aquaponics, hydroponics, organic farming, food processing) encompassing basic soft skills learning, as well as a 5th advanced course on soft employment skills.

These online courses are offered in 5 languages (Arabic, French, Greek, Italian and Spanish) and will be followed by hands-on practical courses held on-site in each of the 7 countries. Finally, the trainees who successfully complete these steps will get the chance to undertake remunerated (up to) 3-month internships in companies operating in these sustainable sectors!
