Rome, Italy - August 24, 2023 - The ReSt@rts project, a visionary initiative committed to strengthening the Mediterranean entrepreneurial landscape, is thrilled to announce its Final Conference, scheduled to take place on September 7th, 2023, at the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome, Italy. This event holds the potential to connect with a diverse group of stakeholders, marking a significant development in Mediterranean entrepreneurship.

Representing a pivotal point in the evolution of the ReSt@rts project, the Final Conference will unveil the results borne from its cross-border partnerships. At the core of these remarkable successes lies the profound transformation in the field of credit accessibility for enterprising women, youth, and vulnerable groups across the Mediterranean expanse. 

The main results and outputs of the project will be presented. Moreover, the proceedings will highlight the MarketPlace Platform - https://restartproject.net/, a digital platform that brings together microfinance pioneers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs seeking access to credit. This platform is designed to provide a digital space in which actors in the microfinance sectors can meet. The MarketPlace Platform (MP) allows entrepreneurs to showcase their projects and fundraise from investors with the option of flexible funding. Through this platform, the youth can discover new grants, loans, or equity opportunities and access P2P consultancy services that support beyond crowdfunding for project creators. The platform will continue operating even after the project ends, which means that it will continue to empower the youth and others in the region for a long time to come.

The final event will converge a constellation of public policy luminaries from diverse Mediterranean countries—Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Palestine, and Tunisia. This assemblage will ignite discussions with multifaceted perspectives, crystallizing actionable strategies poised to empower regional change.
