FISH MED NET project highlights the difficulties of the fisheries sector and presents its objectives in its first newsletter!

The first issue of the FISH MED NET project newsletter presents information on the launch of the project, including the project kick-off meeting that took place in Porto Vecchio, Corsica, on 28-29 January 2020. You can also find out more about the project's objectives, goals and partners.

The FISH MED NET project aims to promote new business alliances between micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and to strengthen the skills and capacities of public authorities to act as territorial facilitators, through capacity building activities that are planned within the project.
In the long term, the project should foster the attractiveness of young people to become entrepreneurs, business owners in the artisanal and sustainable fisheries sector, helping them to visualise and organise a future that corresponds both to the current climatic challenges and to the new working methods that are being put in place.
