FISH MED NET highlights new business models and the creation of public/private partnerships in its second newsletter!

This second newsletter shares the latest updates of the FISH MED NET project on the progress, reflection and implementation of tools to enable artisanal fishing structures to diversify and sustain their activities.

The aim of this work being to create new commercial alliances, a Census of Best Practices has been edited after a field survey on the territories of the project partners (France, Italy, Tunisia, Lebanon and Palestine).

In this newsletter, you will also find information on the first meeting of the project's monitoring committee, which took place by videoconference on 22 March 2021. On this occasion, many actors of the fisheries sector were able to exchange on the problems encountered and discuss the possibility of a public/private partnership in the framework of a territorial development approach.
