CRE@CTIVE talks: "Sustainability, the new legal framework and new opportunities"

Join us at the 3rd and final online CRE@CTIVE talk, "SUSTAINABILITY, THE NEW LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES ", on November 16th at 10:30 am.

Part of a three-part series of talks taking place between October and November 2022 as part of the CRE@CTIVE Fashion Event, which will take place on November 24th in Igulada, Spain.

Our speaker, Clara Mallart, will present the main regulatory and regulatory changes that directly affect the Textile sector. From European Directives to state-level legislation, the legislative issue will be addressed, from documents such as the New Green Deal, the New Industrial Strategy, the Circular Economy Action Plan, the Strategy for Sustainable Textiles and the Ecodesign Directive, among others.

Clara Mallart, with a background in geography and fashion design from the University of Barcelona, the IED Higher School of Design, and the EINA Higher School of Art and Design, has worked in the textile industry development projects and products for the implementation of sustainability in fashion companies. She is currently in charge of the Modacc - Clúster Català de la Moda i el Tèxtil Sustainability Area.
