CRE@CTIVE Egypt: NET-L@B workshop on "Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma for MSMEs in the textile, leather and footwear sectors"

Join us in the third workshop on March 6 at 11.00 a.m. at the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce for "Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma for MSMEs"!

The session will dive into the lean six sigma principles, zero-waste principles and how to apply them in the textile, leather and footwear sectors.

The workshop is coordinated by Eng. Abdul Aziz Al-Salmawi, Director of NET-LAB, and presented by Prof. Dr Sherine Nabil Al-Kateb, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Spinning and Weaving, Alexandria University. The session will cover the challenges of implementing lean manufacturing methods in MSMEs businesses and Lean Six Sigma principles and how to apply them in the textile, leather, and footwear industries.
