As part of the Co-Evolve4BG project, an online training was held on 30 November 2022. This training aimed to provide a brief diagnosis on the development of coastal/maritime tourism in Djerba and the challenges to focus on during the next steps of the project (elaboration of the action plan at the scale of Djerba). During this training, several initiatives to ensure sustainable coastal/maritime tourism at Djerba level were highlighted, focusing on the entities involved. The training concluded with some recommendations to be followed in relation to stakeholder involvement through a participatory approach during the elaboration of the Action Plan. A fruitful exchange took place between the experts and the main local stakeholders present. Following this training, further workshops will be held in Djerba in the coming months.
