Video from the event “Circular Economy practices and tools for the built environment in Mediterranean Cities” organised in Athens, by the CARISMED Greek partners. CARISMED video presenting snapshots of the training and awareness activities on “Circular Economy practices and tools for the built environment in Mediterranean Cities” that were held in Athens, on 11.12.2023. Representatives of the Greek partners CRES and NTUA, and ATHENS ANAPLASI S.A. (member of Greek SAG), presented the principles of the LCARs methodology, the main results of the project, legal and regulatory aspects at national and local level, key challenges and prospects for renovating the existing building stock, best practice examples of sustainable renovation in Greece, and synergies with the MAIA-TAQA and INNOMED-UP projects. We reached out several stakeholders who were encouraged to join CARISMED cluster and implement LCARs methodology to renovate their workspaces.
