BERLIN reaches out the wider society on sustainable energy practices

With the support of European Programmes such as ENI CBC Med Programme funding BERLIN project, it is apparent that research, innovation, and demonstration activities have given a tremendous opportunity to advance the technology on energy production, and its more efficient and smart consumption, taking a step closer towards the green energy transition.

However, these technologies are not enough to stand-alone. A sustainable energy transition involves changes in a wide range of energy behaviours in the society and among young people. BERLIN consortium realises the need to engage the wider society and educate young people on sustainable energy practices. In this respect, our partner Ben Gurion University, is in the process of producing an awareness-raising video in one of the school buildings participating in the pilots in Israel. We are happy to share a “behind-the-scenes video” of this educational journey!
