ARTOLIO offers exclusive marketing strategy workshop for its beneficiaries in Jaen, Spain

Jaen, Spain - On the 27th of June 2023, ARTOLIO, the groundbreaking project supporting small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers in the Mediterranean basin, announced the launch of its exclusive marketing strategy workshops. These workshops, aimed at the beneficiaries of the project, will provide valuable insights and training to enhance their marketing efforts. The first workshop will be held at the University of Jaen, in Jaen, Spain.

Led by Jesús Gordillo, the Head of Communication and Marketing at ARTOLIO and Head of Strategy at Kellenföl Ad, the workshops will offer personalized and practical training in the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies. With his extensive experience in the sector, Gordillo brings in-depth knowledge of the latest marketing trends and tools, ensuring high-quality and impactful training for the project's beneficiaries.

The workshops have been strategically organized in the geographical locations of the beneficiaries to facilitate their attendance and maximize the benefit they receive. This approach allows for greater flexibility and a more focused understanding of the unique characteristics of each region and sector. By adapting to the specific needs of the participants, the workshops aim to create a comfortable and personalized learning experience that leads to effective results.

Participants can expect to cover various key topics during the workshops. The session will begin with a comprehensive situation analysis to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers within the context of the ARTOLIO ENI CBC MED project. Setting clear and measurable objectives to increase profitability, resilience, and job creation in Jaen, while promoting environmental sustainability, will be a crucial aspect of the training.

Segmentation and positioning strategies will also be addressed, helping participants identify and target potential customers and markets for their extra virgin olive oil products. By developing a competitive and differentiated positioning, beneficiaries will be equipped to stand out in the marketplace.

The workshops will dive into effective marketing and communication strategies, covering a range of tactics such as leveraging social media, public relations, advertising, content marketing, and events to promote the product. Furthermore, attendees will gain insights into identifying and establishing efficient distribution channels to reach consumers and target markets successfully.

To ensure successful implementation of the marketing and communication strategies, participants will be guided in establishing a timeline, action plan, and a performance monitoring and evaluation system.

While the workshop offers comprehensive training and support, it is important to note that it does not replace ongoing counseling or extensive training in specific areas such as social media, SEO, or SEM. Instead, the primary focus is on equipping beneficiaries with the necessary knowledge and direction to navigate their marketing efforts effectively.

The ARTOLIO ENI CBC MED project expects the marketing strategy workshops to be a valuable tool in boosting the growth and success of the beneficiaries in their respective markets. By empowering small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers with practical marketing skills, the project aims to increase their profitability, resilience, and contribution to rural job creation while promoting environmental sustainability.
