Artificial Intelligence applications towards Sustainable Development Goals under the MED-QUAD project

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), the MED-QUAD project partner, organizes a dissemination seminar for the members of the stakeholders of MED-QUAD in Egypt. The activity aims to capitalize on the knowledge and experience gained so far from the project implementation. 

Specifically, the working members of the Smart Water Use Applications (SWUAP) living lab of the AASTMT is holding the seminar titled “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications towards Sustainable Development Goals under the MED-QUAD project”. The seminar is designed in collaboration with  and will focus on proposing and creating solution for the problems facing cities with presiding water and energy and food topics.

The MED-QUAD project has created City Development Groups consisting of representatives of the Quadruple Helix approach (i.e., from the university, the businesses, the state and the society) who participate in actions offering their know-how to society. City Development Groups aim to raise public awareness and strengthen cooperation between universities and the community. 

The one-day seminar will take place on 11th of June 2023 in the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport Egypt, (09:00 -14:30, Egypt time). Those who are interested can download the agenda here
