On Friday the 18^th of December, as part of the CROSSDEV project and in collaboration with the Phoenicians' Route Center in Byblos, the LAU - Louis Cardahi Foundation and the Association for the Protection of Jabal Moussa invited experts and partners to the opening of the “Life on the mountain” Exhibit to explore centuries of sustainable interaction between Man and Nature in Jabal Moussa UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and the legendary Valley of Adonis.

A Micro-Grid platform powered by PV solar panels, SMARTNESS (Smart Micro-grid plAtfoRm wiTh aN Energy management SyStem), was inaugurated at the National Engineering School of Tunis (QehnA-laboratory) on January 27, 2021.

The creation of synergies between projects with similar objectives is essential to exchange good practices and maximize social impact on the target regions.

The pure concept of cooperation is based on this. 
For this reason, HELIOS promotes the creation of clusters and networks between projects with similar purposes: strengthen the social inclusion of young people and women in the Mediterranean region, by helping them to catch opportunities offered by the Blue and Circular economy sectors.

The University of Sousse (Tunisia), as partner of COMMON “COastal Management and MOnitoring Network for tackling marine litter in Mediterranean Sea" project, co-funded by the European Programme ENI CBC MED, opens the call for applications for a post-doctoral position.

COMMON project landed in the Union for the Mediterranean new leaflet, as a relevant Mediterranean-wide initiative tackling Marine Litter, together and in continuation with Plastic Busters Mpa. A leaflet launched on the occasion of the last Brussels UFM Ministers Conference.
