On Wednesday, 21st December 2022, U- SOLVE partner in Egypt; the Academy of Scientific Research (ASRT) hosted a training session online to discuss the project's call for sub-grants; approximately 30 people attended. It included a presentation and discussion of the project's objectives and upcoming activities, as well as opportunities for entrepreneurs and how innovative ideas or projects can meet the challenges of sustainable urban development in the targeted areas of Egypt.

Ms.Pakinam, the project´s expert, represented this session. She showed a presentation of the grant criteria and requirements, as well as who is eligible to apply to the call for application, particularly in the field of sustainable development, and a section on how to apply. At the end of the session, there was an open discussion for questions and concerns raised by the participants.

It is worth noting that U-SOLVE sub-grant call officially closed for all partner countries in the 22/12/2022.
