Waste management is an urban sustainability priority challenge for the city of Nicosia. The two U-SOLVE Cypriot partners, The Cyprus Institute and the University Of Cyprus , organised a thematic workshop with the participation of key stakeholders and representatives from the academia, government, civil society and the industry. 

participants had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding on waste management challenges but also to exchange ideas and suggest actions and initiatives.

The opportunity is open to anyone who can engage the creative and cultural sectors in the creation and implementation of business projects that generate crucial impact in one of the specific themes of each country.
