Within the series of capacity-building training held by the INTERNISA project, the Italian partner, Arezzo Innovazione, organized three training seminars for women between December 2021 and January 2022. More than 100 women participated in the training courses. It was dedicated to financial accounting and analysis, the management of the company assets, checking the treasury and monitoring the financial risk indicators, the investment analysis, and the management of the financial needs of the company to make adequate investments.
