The Andalusian Energy Agency, Spanish partner of SOLE, has launched a call for tenders for the implementation of energy rehabilitation works on its premises. This intervention will be carried out thanks to project SOLE, cofinanced by Programme ENI CBC MED: SOLE aims to foster cost-effective and innovative energy rehabilitations of public buildings in the Mediterranean area.

The Andalusian Energy Agency's headquarters are located in the former Portugal Pavilion of the Universal Exhibition of 1992, consisting of two buildings, one for offices and one for auxiliary services. The SOLE energy rehabilitation works will be carried out on the latter space, currently used as a multi-purpose room and storage.

A previous call for tenders for the executive planning of the intervention has already been published and assigned. The works to be carried out within the current call will include thermal insulation, replacement of lights and installation of photovoltaic panels. 

The estimated allocation for the intervention amounts to € 219K, VAT included.

The deadline for the submission of proposals is Oct.1st 2022, 12AM local time.
