The Municipality of Jounieh (Lebanon) is currently working on the energy rehabilitation of a sports facility located in the heart of the city, the Fouad Chehab Stadium. This intervention will be carried out thanks to SOLE, cofinanced by Programme ENI CBC MED: project SOLE aims to foster cost-effective and innovative energy rehabilitations of public buildings in the Mediterranean area.

Jounieh is thus launching a call for tenders to design, supply and install a 200 kWp solar PV system on the rooftop of the stadium. 

The deadline for submission of proposals is Aug. 19th 2022, 2:00 PM (Beirut Time).
