Fighting poverty, inequality and social exclusion: MedTOWN kick-off meeting in Valencia

The kick-off meeting of the MedTOWN project was held in Valencia, Spain from 18th to 20th of November 2019: the meeting represented a great opportunity for the different partners to discuss and plan the main activities and start working together for better policies against poverty, inequality and social exclusion.

Here is a quick video about the main highlights of the MedTOWN project kick-off meeting.

The MedTOWN project (“Co-producing social policies with Social and Solidarity Economy actors to fight poverty, inequality and social exclusion”) aims to promote the co-production of social policies through the establishment of multi-stakeholders partnerships among social and solidarity economy actors, citizens and local authorities in order to achieve a more effective and equal delivery of social services. The project will be implemented in Spain, Greece, Jordan, Palestine, Portugal and Tunisia.
