Within the framework of the GREENinMED project, the French cluster Capenergies has launched a new Innovation Vouchers call, open until October 25th.

One of the objectives of the GREENinMED project is to reduce water and energy consumption by 10% in the hotel industry through the development of new products and services.

In this context, Innovation Vouchers aim to accompany innovative tourist accommodation SMEs towards a more efficient management of their water and energy consumption, through a maximum of 4 man-days of advisory and support services. Candidates must choose one of the following activities: savings potential from innovative solutions; feasibility of the innovative solution identified by the candidate; framework of implementation of the project; and other advisory and support services aiming to facilitate the adoption of innovative solutions in tourist accommodation structures.

In France, up to 10 innovative tourist accommodation SMEs based or operating mainly in the South Region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur) or in Corsica can benefit from an Innovation Voucher. A first call for applications, launched in April 2021, allowed to grant Innovation Vouchers to 4 such SMEs, which have received advisory and support services for a more efficient management of their energy consumption. The objective of the new call for applications is to select a maximum of 6 other such SMEs to benefit from an Innovation Voucher.

The deadline for tourist accommodation SMEs to submit candidacies within the framework of this call is October 25th, at 5:00 pm.
