HELIOS held the Midterm event in Tunisia to foster social inclusion in the Mediterranean area
From 28 to 30 March 2022, HELIOS organised its Midterm event in Tunisia to promote the project activities and results, and involve local stakeholders in social inclusion actions in favour of young people and women.
Specifically it is necessary to enhance, through international cooperation actions, the skills and competences of young people and women without a job, in the emerging sectors of the new labour market such as the circular economy and the blue economy that require new marketable skills.
This is why the HELIOS project is developing training courses and mentoring and coaching programmes in order to promote the professional integration of unemployed young people and women into the labour market.
