The MENAWARA International Conference on sustainable water management runs from 4th to 5th July 2023.

The use of non-conventional water in Mediterranean countries features prominently on the conference agenda, and creates a real opportunity to share the experiences and lessons learnt from the ENI CBC Med funded projects under the water efficiency priority.

AQUACYCLE will be represented by its Project Manager, Dr. Konstantinos Plakas from the Centre for Research and Technology (CERTH) in Greece. Aside from a presentation on AQUACYCLE’s eco-innovative wastewater treatment technology, he will also be representing the ENI CBC Med funded MedWayCap project, a project that is foremost aimed at capitalizing the outcomes of AQUACYCLE and its sister projects, MEDISS, MENAWARA, NAWAMED, and PROSIM.

Furthermore, the event creates the opportunity to join in a panel discussion on how the synergies between these projects can shape new forms of collaborative pathway learning. Indeed, the AQUACYCLE Partnership fully subscribes to its slogan “Together we stronger!”.
