Skills4Sports A3.3.1 Skills Gap Analysis Report

Skills Gap Analysis Report for the Sports sector helps project partners to determine which skills currently exist in the available NEET (people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training) workforce in comparison with the skills required to have better access to the sports industry employment market. The present report is essential for the next activities of Skills4Sports, as it will include the identification of specific fields/professions, as well as the skills that are in demand and could offer a career path to NEETs of the Mediterranean region. Furthermore, the Skills Gap Analysis report determines the material of the training curricula for sports professionals.

MYSEA Cross-Border Analysis

Developed by the University of Palermo (Department of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Sciences), it highlights the operational framework that emerged from the research conducted in each country where MYSEA takes place (Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Tunisia and Jordan), summarizing the common features and challenges: youth and female employment situation, consistency of NEETs, trends in the economies related to the Blue & Green Economy sectors and employment opportunities. From this research emerged the four training areas on which the MYSEA workshops were designed.

MYSEA - Methodology of Training Curricula and Mentoring

Mentoring Methodology: This document constituted the starting point for MYSEA project's mentoring activities, targeted at self-entrepreneurship and creation of new associations.

Training Curricula Methodology: designed on the results of territorial and cross-border analyses, this document provided the framework for the development of MYSEA training course curricula in Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Tunisia and Jordan.

MYSEA Microlearning Platform

Condensing the experience of MYSEA into a concise and comprehensive training course: the platform hosts a micro-course of 20 video pills summarising the contents of the broader training courses focused on the Blue & Green Economy, and divided in four modules: Digital Skills, Sector-based Skills, Soft Skills and Entrepreneurial Skills.

MYSEA Blue & Green Economy Training Workshops

In this section you will find all the materials of the training courses implemented by MYSEA and addressed to young people, women and NEETs from Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Tunisia and Jordan.
Each one represents a complete training course in itself, and includes lesson materials and handbooks for students and teachers.

MYSEA Policy Papers

Policy documents of Italy and Lebanon, jointly developed with and for local institutions, for the promotion of job opportunities and skills development.

MYSEA - Territorial Analyses [Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Tunisia, Jordan]

Developed by each MYSEA partner country, the 5 researches provide an overview of the state of the agri-food and waste management economic sectors, and highlight employment trends for young people, women and NEETs. These researches then resulted in the Cross-Border Analysis which aggregates the data from each country.

Skills4Sports A3.2.2 Synthesis of the cross-border analysis report

The analysis includes elements of the partners' regional reports (A3.2.1), as well as a comparative illustration. Based on the findings, the supporting mechanisms and the initiatives for every region, a benchmarking matrix was created to position each region to a comparative map, identifying the elements that could potentially be improved.
