ENI CBC Med Programme “could positively contribute to foster the WestMED cooperation strategy”: Algiers Ministerial declaration
On the 4th of December in Algiers, Ministers of 10 Western Mediterranean countries, at the presence of the European Commission and the Union for the Mediterranean, adopted a declaration to strengthen maritime regional cooperation under the WestMED initiative.
