New training opportunities in four Sustainable Economy sectors and Soft Employment Skills in Catalonia, Spain !

Are you a young person between 18 and 30 years of age or a woman living in Catalonia? Are you currently Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET)?

CLUSTER’s free training programme in Catalonia managed by the IEMed, Lead Beneficiary of CLUSTER, consists of the following 3 phases listed in chronological order:

RESMYLE is launching its second call for grants in order to provide additional support to at least 18 eco-activity projects led by young people (under 30 years old) supported within RESMYLE eco-incubators, to enable them to accelerate the implementation of their project.

These pilot projects will be selected, financially supported and monitored by RESMYLE partners.

Legambiente, Italian partner of Plastic Busters CAP project, is looking for a consultant in beach-litter monitoring, who will have the following main responsibilities:

• Support in the organisation of the participatory science campaign in Italy
• Analyses and systematisation of the beach litter monitoring data.

Qualification and Skills

After months of desk and field research aiming to identify the sustainable labour market needs as well as the employment needs of young people and women across the Mediterranean, we are glad to announce that CLUSTER launched its NEETs (people Not in Education, Employment or Training)  training programme!

These trainings cover four sustainable economy sectors (Blue, Green, Circular Economy and Sustainable Agriculture) complemented by Soft Employment Skills training. 

The municipality of Sakkiet Ezzit together with the National Agency for Waste Management (ANGed) in Tunisia has launched different circuits of reuse in this municipality in order to promote the culture of reuse and thus reduce the amount of waste. What has been done so far?

Sharing solutions and learning from each other is how ENSERES and their partners improve collaboration across the Region. ENSERES partner SPA RAC connects Mediterranean coasts and improves marine protected areas' management through the Specially Protected Areas of Mediterranean Importance - SPAMI Twinning Programme, in which Tyre in Lebanon and the Kneiss Islands in Tunisia took part as ENSERES pilot sites.

A sustainable energy transition involves changes in a wide range of energy behaviors in the society and among young people. BERLIN consortium realizes the need to engage the wider society and educate young people on sustainable energy practices. In this respect, our partner Ben Gurion University, produced an awareness-raising video in the school buildings participating in the pilots in Israel.
