CEOMED in Spain published a new scientific paper on the quality of fertiliser produced from fruit and vegetable waste
Last November (2022), the National Council of Scientific Research (CSIC)), one of the Spanish partners of CEOMED, uploaded one scientific article to the Journal of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition that it is already available on the Springer Link website. The article is named: "Carbon and Nitrogen Mineralisation in Soils and Nutrient Efficiency of Digestates from Fruit and Vegetable Wastes".
FISH MED NET in Palestine supports fishermen to implement fish cooling rooms
The Economic and Social Development Centre (ESDC), Palestinian partner of FISH MED NET has recently signed a sub-grant agreement with the Al-Tawfiq Association for Fishermen and the Ministry of Agriculture in Palestine, providing a grant of 30,000 euros to support the rehabilitation and development of fish cooling rooms in the Gaza Strip.
The YEP MED time capsule - A glimpse from the future

Two days of technical training were organised by CERTE - Centre des Recherches et des Technologies des Eaux, in collaboration with IRIDRA (project partner) experts on 2 and 3 March to improve technical skills and keep up to date with the latest trends in Nature Based Solutions (NBS) for non-conventional water (NCW) technologies. It was the perfect opportunity to learn about the performances, added value, costs and impacts of NBS technologies.
